It's a new season and with that comes an exciting change! I have decided to take my business in a unique direction, combining my passion for fighting injustice with my love for oils. I believe in the power of these oils and also know that the people who can benefit from them the most, victims of trauma, are very unlikely to have access to them.

So here's what I mean by "oils that give back." The profits from this business will be reinvested into growing initiatives around orphan care and anti-human trafficking advocacy. Whether it's me traveling to meet with an organization and advocating on their behalf or expanding the reach of my blog in an effort to educate people on these issues and offer calls to action, this business is what will provide for me to support and grow my ministry. The second way this business will give back is through my "Make + Give" program. These small advocacy and awareness events will result in tangible products that can be donated to shelters, safe homes, and orphanages across the globe. These partnerships will allow me to spread my knowledge of both oils and injustice while allowing the participants to give back in a way that will impact the lives of another human being. Oils have the ability to support our emotions and overall wellbeing so through this program the recipients of these products will be able to reap these benefits at no cost to them!

If you know of an organization that could benefit from receiving free products such as lotions, body sprays, bath salts, wellness blends, etc, please let me know. I'd love to partner with them. If you want to support my work of advocating for sustainable, holistic change in the world, I'd love to share oils or other oil-based products with you and get you started on your own journey towards health, wellbeing, and a chemical-free home. And, if you want to build a business to support your passions and purpose, let's talk! I want to see others empowered to bring their visions to life as well.

Here's to a fresh start and a new season of life, business, and ministry!

This sugar scrub is easy and will leave your skin feeling silky smooth. With only 3 ingredients, you can whip it up in no time!

1/2 Cup Sugar (White or Brown)
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
15-20 Drops of Essential Oils

Put everything in bowl, stir, and pour into a container. You can use any essential oil of your choice. I opted for grapefruit because of its anti-cellulite properties and great smell.

I wanted to share this super easy, quick recipe with you all. This spray is great to carry in your purse, take to the gym, use as a hand sanitizing spray, and much more! It takes less than a minute to make too!

2 oz Water
1 tsp Witch Hazel
10-15 Drops of Thieves

Put in bottle, shake, and use!

*Always make sure the bottles you use for oils are glass. Plastic and oils are not a good pair!

I wanted to share a quick, easy tension relief cream with you all.

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 10 drops Peppermint, 10 drops PanAway

I placed the coconut oil in a small sauce pan on the stove on the lowest setting to melt it down. There's no need to bring it to a boil, so a couple minutes on the stovetop will do. I then poured it into a mason jar, added the oils, stirred, and placed in the refrigerator for about an hour to harden the coconut oil. The last step is optional - depending on temperature of your home, it will possibly harden back up on its own. Or if you prefer it in its liquid state, it works the same with that consistency as well.

I quickly want to share my “why” with all of you. Why oils? Well if you know my story at all, you know that I have dealt with GI issues for years and began to find relief through changing my diet and using natural remedies and supplementation. This process gave me a passion for living a natural, healthy lifestyle so for me essential oils are the perfect complement to everything else I’m doing. They allow me to be more holistic in my health journey by building and maintaining my immune system, treating common illnesses without the use of synthetic drugs, and much more! Over the past year they have contributed to my emotional well-being as we moved to India and returned back to NYC. This process wasn’t an easy one, but these oils (and lots of prayer!) kept me as grounded as I could be. They helped to relieve my anxiety and stress which protected me from further illness, especially within my digestive system.

But really, my “why” is two-fold. I absolutely love and believe in these oils with all my heart, but I also have deep passions burning within me. My passions for ministry, for human trafficking, for my beautiful girls in India - these are also my “why.” When I decided to jump into the business side of things, it was with hope (and again, lots of prayer!) that one day I could be financially stable enough to fulfill all of my ministry desires and reach the world with the Gospel. It’s so that I may have the flexibility to go to India and spend time with my girls. It’s so that I may have the availability to travel and tell the stories of the 36 million trapped in slavery. I’m praying that this business will be blessed and used by God to bring glory to His name. Just know that when you join my team you’re not just joining an oil-obsessed lady (because let's face it, I am!), you’re supporting someone to walk in her unique, God-given calling.

So in short, I want to bring health and wellness to everyone I know and I’m convinced you can’t experience true health and wellness without these oils! But, this is also a way for you to support me in my growing ministry opportunities in the USA, India, Cambodia, and beyond.

If you haven’t started your essential oils journey yet, I’d love for you to join my team and be a part of the AMAZING community that comes along with it! I love educating and supporting others so I promise you won’t be doing this alone.

Much love. xoxo.

Chia pudding is a favorite in our house, especially as a quick breakfast option! I took my basic chocolate chia pudding recipe and added a little kick to it with Young Living peppermint oil. I let it set overnight in the fridge and enjoyed it for breakfast the next morning. I topped it with shredded coconut and frozen blueberries - it may sound like a weird combo, but the cold blueberries brought out the peppermint flavor in a very refreshing way!

1 Cup Organic Almond Milk (or Coconut)
1/3 Cup Organic Chia Seeds
2 TBSP Organic Raw Cacao Powder
2 TBSP Organic Honey
1 TSP Organic Vanilla Extract
1-2 Drops YL Peppermint Oil

Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together until smooth. Add 1-2 drops of YL peppermint oil and stir well. Put bowl in refrigerator for at least an hour to set. Take out, top with coconut, fruit, nuts, etc and ENJOY!
